Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical ICU to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care for critically ill adults. The role includes assessments, administering medications, ventilator management, and titrating IV drips, with rapid response to changes in patient condition.

Collaborate with intensivists and care teams to develop individualized care plans, educate patients/families, document meticulously, and contribute to quality and safety

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and ICU critical-care competency.
• Experience with medications, ventilators, IV drips.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to rapid deterioration.

Responsibilities
