Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU at Milton Hospital in Milton, MA. This 13-week onsite contract features a 12-hour night shift (07:00 PM–07:30 AM), with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly and entailed stipends of $1,785 weekly plus base pay of $33.00–$33.50/hour.

Requirements include 2–3 years ICU experience, MA RN license, and CPR-AHA/ACLS. The role may require floating to PACU, step-down, and ED as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years related work experience required.
• MA license (RN) required; CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA certifications preferred.
• Vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.

Responsibilities

• Float as needed to PACU, step down and ED for care of holding patients.
• Provide ICU-level care for critically ill patients on night shifts.
• Will be expected to meet guaranteed hours (72 biweekly) on all assignments.

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: WINTER STAFFING NEEDS - TRAVELERS DO NOT NEED A SEPARATION PERIOD FROM BILH TO SUBMIT TO OPEN ORDERS -

11/10 start date only - Will not accept more than one holiday off request

Epic experience required.

**PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST AT DAY ONE ORIENTATION**

12H night shift - every other weekend required

License/Certification(s): MA license (can apply at time of offer (Temp and Perm) CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA Ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMIcare CCRN preferred.
