Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking an ICU Float RN with ICU experience to float to PCU within the Nursing Resource Pool. Night shift, full-time or part-time options, and a focus on patient-centered care are offered. The role supports flexible scheduling and intensifies care delivery across units.

The Nursing Resource Pool provides orientation on equipment, processes, and procedures, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar populations.
• BSN required or commitment to obtain BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, patient-centered care considering age, development, culture, and spiritual needs using the nursing process.
• Float to ICU/PCU within the Nursing Resource Pool with appropriate orientation and training.
• Maintain safe patient ratios and collaborate with units to ensure high-quality outcomes.
