Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is hiring ICU Float RNs to support ICU and PCU units at our Ann Arbor hospital.

This full-time role requires Michigan nursing licensure, a BSN within five years, and at least one year of hospital experience with similar patient populations. Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar patient populations.
• BSN degree required or must agree to obtain BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Float to ICU/PCU as needed and support unit staffing.
• Collaborate with unit teams to manage patient ratios and care coordination.
• Apply nursing process and relationship-based care to improve outcomes.
