Trinity Health is seeking an ICU Float Registered Nurse (RN) for Ann Arbor Hospital. The role requires ICU experience and offers night-shift coverage in a flexible Nursing Resource Pool.

Responsibilities include float duties between ICU and PCU, delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A Michigan nursing license and BSN pathway are required for eligibility, with full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent hospital nursing experience.
• BSN required or commit to obtain BSN within five years.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurse-led care in ICU/PCU with age, cultural and spiritual considerations, applying the nursing process.
• Float between ICU and PCU at Ann Arbor hospital with a focused orientation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
• Maintain appropriate patient ratios and participate in ongoing training and education.
