Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician in the Medical ICU to assist with vital signs, bathing, feeding, and discharge prep under RN supervision. You will support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care across ICU patients in a complex, fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends. CNA training and BLS certification are preferred/required, with a commitment to safety and excellent patient

Qualifications

Education: Eligible to work in the U.S., CNA training preferred, or nursing clinical rotation in medical/surgical preferred.
Certification: Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
Experience: 1 year of customer service preferred and/or prior nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care.
Assist with vital signs, EKGs, bladder urinalysis and IV care, specimen collection, bathing, mobility, feeding, discharge prep.
Assist with implementing a patient care plan.
Participate in activities essential to the unit's functioning.
Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experience.
