Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Records patient data such as vital signs, intake/output, and reports findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assists with meals, bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Aids patient mobility and uses mobility aids as needed.
• Collects samples and monitors glucose per protocol.
• Communicates patient information to the care team and adheres to PPE protocols.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
