Job summary

Northwest Hospital's Intensive Care unit seeks compassionate CNA/GNA staff to support bedside nursing under RNs and the healthcare team. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of nursing care and assisting with patient care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• GNA / CNA Licensure; CPR card from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties under RN supervision.
• Maintain the standards of nursing care and follow unit, Hospital and Nursing Department policies.
• Support workflow to remove obstacles for patient care and communicate with patients and families.
