The role emphasizes accurate documentation, clear communication with the healthcare team, and high-quality patient service while complying with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred).
• Nursing student with first clinical rotation complete OR state testing complete (required).
• Successful completion of PCT Training Program within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including comfort, vital signs, hygiene and mobility support.
• Serve as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes or concerns.
• Deliver high level customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional communication with the healthcare team.
