Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an ICU Nursing Assistant to support the care team during a 36-hour night flex schedule (6:45pm-7:15am). You will assist the RN with delegated patient care activities and uphold the hospital's customer service standards.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of a Nursing Assistant program (or current nursing student with clinical rotation), and BLS. CNA preferred; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing Assistant program completion or current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation.
• 1 year nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff.
• Incorporates the hospital's Customer Service Program into patient care activities.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
