Job summary

New England Baptist Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU nurse with telemetry experience to advance to the ICU in Boston, MA. The role requires a BSN, MA RN license, and ACLS/BLS certification. Typically a 1-year ICU background or 2 years telemetry is preferred, with the ability to handle high-acuity patients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, compassionate nursing care for a defined patient group within the unit.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to plan and coordinate goals.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses and safety.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients as appropriate.
• Ensure infection control practices and proper device/medication handling.
