Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Must pass Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test (A or B) on day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education.
• Communicate and coordinate with interprofessional healthcare team members, patients, and families.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records and interpret computerized data.
• Follow nursing department guidelines and policies.
• Assist leadership with quality improvement projects as needed.
• Work within a collaborative and supportive nursing team.
