Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the relevant state.
• BLS (AHA) required at hire and maintained.
• ACLS (AHA) required at hire and maintained.
• BSN required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of continuous clinical ICU/acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for ICU nursing services.
• Supervises, plans, implements and evaluates patient care delivery.
• Develops departmental plans including performance improvement and policy interpretation.
• Directly accountable to CNO/DON; communicates with staff, physicians and administration.
