Role Overview

Join a system-wide Central Staffing Office as a Long Term Assignment (LTA) ICU Registered Nurse (RN). Support 11 hospitals across Missouri and Illinois by providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care in ICU settings, with occasional floating to step-down or telemetry units.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning based on nursing expertise and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Utilize leadership skills to advocate, coordinate, and mentor colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively to support culturally sensitive, ethical, and holistic care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years recent ICU experience, with ADN, BSN, or MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri; ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• Willingness to travel between facilities in MO and IL.
• Strong adaptability, confidence, and commitment to professional growth.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
