Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience.
• Current MO RN license; ability to obtain IL license.
• Willingness to travel between MO and IL facilities.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
