Job Summary

The ICU nursing position is based at a prominent medical center in Saint Louis. The nurse will deliver high‑quality patient care, follow established clinical protocols, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level I experience, community hospital background, LTAC experience.
• Additional Information: The unit serves adult and geriatric patients with respiratory failure/ARDS, acute chest pain/arrhythmias, stroke, cardiac arrest, multi‑organ failure, and sepsis. Equipment includes IV pumps, CRRT/dialysis, ventilators, BIPAP, hemodynamic and invasive monitoring, defibrillators, and crash carts. The floor supports pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac, thoracic, abdominal surgeries, neuro‑medicine overflow, transplant, end‑of‑life care, and organ donation.
