Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensing eligibility.
• No prior experience required.
• RN license in the applicable state(s) (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin) as dictated by work location.
• BLS/ALS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/TNCC or equivalent certifications as required by role.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Obtains comprehensive data pertinent to the patient from patient, family and other providers to develop a holistic picture of needs.
• Analyzes and synthesizes data to determine diagnosis or conditions relevant to care.
• Identifies optimal outcomes for the patient with the patient and interprofessional team.
• Develops a plan with strategies to attain outcomes using clinical judgement.
• Implements the plan and coordinates care with patient, family and team.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and outcomes.
• Maintains and updates knowledge and competence in nursing practice.
• Communicates effectively with patient, family and team.
• Applies evidence-based practice to patient care.
