SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest in Midwest City, OK, is seeking an experienced registered nurse for Night Shift in the Coronary Care Unit.

The role provides direct nursing care to patients with complex assessments and interventions, adhering to established policies and protocols. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license (OK; multi-state license may apply).

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, eligible for licensing.
• Minimum of one year registered nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive data from patient and family and other providers to form a holistic view of patient needs.
• Analyze data to determine diagnoses or conditions relevant to care.
• Collaborate with patient, family and inter-professional team to identify optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement a care plan with clinical judgment and patient-centered strategies.
• Coordinate plan implementation with patient, family and team to ensure safety and quality.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge and competence to contribute to nursing practice.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family and team; apply evidence-based practice.
