Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Experienced ICU RN for the Cardiac ICU at night shift in Missouri. The role runs Friday through Sunday, 7:00pm–7:30am, with a $20/hr wage plus a night differential.

The successful candidate will use the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate care. Graduation from an approved nursing program is required (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission and standards.
