CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Utah to facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will promote optimal health, safety, and care using the nursing process in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

The role requires an active RN license, an Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma, and familiarity with patient education, documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient charts; document care and outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patients' rights and well-being.
• Educate patients and families, assessing learning readiness and teaching effectively.
