• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system. The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and diagnose problems through patient assessment and interaction; evaluate health problems.
• Plan and implement interventions for solving patient care problems.
• Formulate care plans and document nursing process in patient records.
• Evaluate patient response and modify care plans to meet health care goals.
• Educate patients and families about post-discharge care programs.
