Formación

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential appropriate for the position and applicable Florida requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Associate’s degree or higher, consistent with the requisition’s stated minimum education.
• Relevant nursing experience consistent with the employer’s 2-5-year experience requirement.

Responsabilidades

• The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating clinical activities within a designated intensive care unit.
• Using critical thinking and clinical judgment, the Nurse Manager collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to support patient care and unit operations.
• The role includes direct and indirect supervision of care provided by ancillary staff and may include house supervision responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrates sound nursing judgment, effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to coordinate care in a critical-care environment.
