The position requires 2 years of clinical experience (cath lab preferred), an NJ RN license, and BSN in related field preferred. Salary reflects market data and internal equity.

Qualifications

• 2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience required.
• Broad knowledge of nursing practice and ability to apply nursing interventions.
• Competency in management and leadership skills.
• Current NJ RN license, BLS certification; specialty certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Director/Manager with overall unit leadership and coordination.
• Coach and counsel staff; participate in performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day operations including bed flow and patient rounding.
• Collaborate with other departments; ensure chart checks and clinical support.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive performance improvement initiatives.
