Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current RN license in the United States.
• ACEN or CCNE accreditation preferred.
• Bridge program option available for certain candidates.
• State licensure upon completion of bridge program.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and supervision of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Ensure delivery of holistic, evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and improve outcomes.
• Develop and mentor staff, supervise orientation and ongoing training.
• Promote accountability, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategy planning and support organizational goals.
