The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a Nurse Manager at the Wilmington VA Medical Center in the Intensive Care Unit. The NM serves as a clinical expert and is responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, orienting and evaluating performance, and leading evidence-based programs while promoting ethical practice and accountable, high-quality patient care.
