Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
• 5 years ICU RN experience with leadership preferred (Charge or Supervisor).

Responsibilities

• Provides operation and optimization leadership to professional frontline staff, supervisors and managers.
• Retains accountability for staff coordination, training, hiring, performance, regulatory compliance and results of the ICU.
• Collaborates with larger teams of health professionals to plan for long-term patient care needs.
• Ensures the highest quality and safety, leading or participating in improvement initiatives.
