Holy Cross Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead ICU operations with an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, individualized patient care in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a BSN with MSN preferred, and a Maryland or Compact state RN license. Leadership experience in an ICU setting is highly valued, with opportunities to advance through the Clinical Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license by Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
• 5 years of ICU RN experience preferred; leadership experience in ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides operation and optimization leadership to professional frontline staff, supervisors and managers.
• Retains accountability for staff coordination, training, hiring, performance, regulatory compliance and ICU results.
• Collaborates with larger teams of health professionals to plan for long-term patient care needs.
• Ensures highest quality and safety, including leading or participating in improvement initiatives.
