Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing
• National Certification
• CPR certification
• Act 34/33/73 background clearances as part of employment requirements
