Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• RN licensure in Texas required prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care including observation and documentation of patient health needs.
• Assist with documentation and implementation of physician and nursing orders under the direction of the RN preceptor.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans and record changes in patient condition.
• Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and safe, person-centered care.
