ChristianaCare is offering an ICU Float Fellowship designed for experienced RNs seeking to transition into critical care. The immersive program blends classroom instruction with extensive clinical rotations in Neuro, Complex Surgical, Cardiovascular, MICU, and related units.

Fellows will work alongside seasoned ICU nurses, receive dedicated education and mentorship, and contribute to a high-acuity care environment.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.

Aufgaben

• Rotate through ICU environments including Neuro, Surgical, Cardiovascular, MICU, and Progressive/Step-Down units to gain critical care expertise.
• Collaborate with experienced ICU clinicians and educators during the fellowship.
• Join ChristianaCare's ICU Float Pool after program completion to provide coverage across specialty areas.
