Job summary

MemorialCare in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Clinical Educator RN for the ICU. This full-time, day-shift role requires leading education initiatives for nursing staff and collaborating with unit leadership to advance clinical practice.

Minimum three years of clinical experience and two years of education experience are preferred, with active CA RN licensure and BCLS/ACLS certification required. BSN mandatory; MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related clinical experience required.
• Minimum of two years previous education experience preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Current BCLS, ACLS certification.
• BSN required; MSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Unit Manager/Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and staff to plan, design, and implement education activities.
• Advances professional practice through collaboration relationships to enhance patient care.
• Serve as a resource person for designated clinical department.
• Participate in activities that promote professional practice through education.
