Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a Nurse Apprentice to join our ICU nursing team on a 21-bed unit. This role supports RNs in delivering patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Schedule: two 12-hour night shifts per week, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. You will work under RN supervision and gain experience in neuro, medical, surgical and trauma patient care.

Qualifications

• Maintain Nurse Apprentice application with Idaho State Board of Nursing on file.
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification is required at hire.
• Ability to care for Neonate, Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric patients as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Support ICU team in delivering high-acuity care in a 21-bed unit.
