Job summary

Kent Hospital, an affiliate of Care New England Health System, is seeking an ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative ICU team in Warwick, Rhode Island. The APP provides high-acuity care in collaboration with intensivists, physicians, nurses and multidisciplinary teams in a 14-bed ICU and PRG unit.

Candidates should have ICU experience; 1–2 12-hour shifts per month; per diem status with day and night coverage possible.

Qualifications

• ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• Advanced Practice Provider licensed in RI or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of critically ill patients in ICU/PRG units.
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver care.
