Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. The ACNP will provide cross-coverage call support and lead rounds in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Night shifts run 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with 12 shifts per month and two weekend rotations in a block schedule. Banner Health offers a robust benefits package and competitive compensation with a new night differential contributing to annual earnings.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances.
• Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-coverage call support.
• Manage clinical care and round on patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment.
