Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Novi is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. You will lead the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care and coordinate care using the nursing process, communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates hold Michigan RN licensure, a BSN is preferred, and have at least 1 year of ICU/Stepdown experience with ACLS/BLS. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available for full-time nights.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• One year ICU or Stepdown RN experience required; ACLS/BLS. TCAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
