OhioHealth Corporation in United States is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. The role requires assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include leadership in process improvements, patient safety focus, and adherence to Ohio Nurse Practice Act. BSN is preferred with 5 years of employment experience, BLS certification, and OH licensure.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilités

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on nursing diagnoses (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcome achievement (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality, satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Performs duties as part of the unit operations (10%).
