Job summary

The RN will be accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and participate in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred or required within stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Lead and participate in clinical quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide leadership in performance improvement activities.
• Support operations within the ICU unit.
