Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center seeks an experienced RN for the Night shift (7p-7a) in the ICU. You will monitor patients on pacemakers and critical care drips, document hemodynamic responses, and collaborate with physicians to manage complex cases.

The role requires an active FL nursing license, BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of RN ICU experience. You will provide high-quality care across a ranged critical care team, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• RN license and state certification required
• BSN preferred, CCRN preferred
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute or ICU setting

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate ICU patients with external and transvenous pacemakers.
• Assess and document patient status; respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Administer and monitor IV therapies and critical care medications.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform ongoing assessments and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Ensure accurate charting and patient education per policy.
• Safely transfer care and document events during shift.

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
