Qualifications

• BSN preferred with NY RN license.
• 3+ years telemetry Med/Surg experience.
• ACLS/BCLS certification required; ICU/PCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in the ICU.
• Perform IV therapy, phlebotomy, medication administration and documentation.
• Interpret arrhythmias and intervene per ACLS protocol; manage cardiac events.
• Develop and implement a goal-oriented care plan with patient involvement.
• Coordinate care, teach and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain nursing assessments and document care per hospital procedures.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support team members.
