Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and documenting care per licensure standards.

Requires current RN license, BLS, and BSN within four years if less than 12 months of experience; compact licenses transferable within 60 days. Hourly range $37.45–$57.29 with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care with time and resource management to meet plan of care.
• Evaluate: Reassesses and revises plan based on patient progress and outcomes.
• Professionalism: Maintains standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
