Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a dedicated RN for Night Shift in the Nursery. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and administering patient care within the scope of nursing training, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This FT Night position offers 36 hours per week (7 PM–7 AM) with weekends, holidays, and on-call required. A relocation stipend is available to eligible new hires based on mileage.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (Required).
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to plan and deliver care across the patient continuum.
• Analyzes patient information to inform nursing diagnoses.
• Monitors progress and applies interventions to meet goals.
• Promotes health and a safe environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
