Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across the health-illness continuum within the Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safety, quality, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning and implementing care, evaluation of interventions, and contributing to process improvement and operational excellence as part of a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• BLS from American Heart Association is required.
• RN license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing is required.
• Experience in critical care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status and progress.
• Identify outcomes and plan nursing interventions with the care team.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions; adjust plan as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to improve quality and satisfaction.
• Support unit operations and safety protocols in an ICU setting.
