Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse RN ICU for the night shift. Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered care philosophy.

You will join a team of professionals across specialties in a high-quality, acute-care hospital. Requirements include an accredited RN program graduate, Florida license, BLS, and 1 year of critical care experience; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI) may be needed within start date

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License
• One year experience of critical care experience required, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• Additional certifications required at start date: ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI as applicable to unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
