Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Diploma or BSN nursing degree required
• 1–2 years ICU/critical care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation with evidence-based practice
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting age, gender and cultural differences
• Communicates with patients and families using rounds, bedside handoffs and timely updates of care goals
• Adheres to current clinical practice standards and documentation requirements
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and uses inclusive, interdisciplinary communication
• Promotes teamwork, resource stewardship and ongoing professional development
