Job summary

Endeavor Health's Naperville hospital is seeking an RN for the Medical ICU to provide professional nursing care on nights, 7:00pm–7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Full-time, 36 hours per week.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) and 2 years of critical care RN experience; Associate degree acceptable with progression to Bachelor's within five years. Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing required or progression plan if only an Associate degree is held.
• 2 years of RN critical care experience required.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure with BLS and ACLS within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Acts as a team member to achieve unit goals during night shifts.
