Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Medical ICU in Naperville, IL. This full-time position requires 3+ years of critical care nursing and an Illinois RN license, with BLS and ACLS requirements. Hours are 7:00am-7:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Required education includes an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is the highest degree, BSN must be completed within five years. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state law and hospital policies.
• Employs critical thinking, assesses condition, plans and evaluates care, and records observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to help meet unit goals.

Education

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years

Current State of Illinois RN licensure

CPR Certification (American Heart Association BLS)

ACLS within six months of start date
