Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in clinical nursing or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Must hold RN licensure and be able to obtain BLS/ACLS as required.
• Strong assessment, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and modify care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Document care accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
