Job summary

Are you ready to join a 40-bed ICU at Atrium Health Cabarrus? This full-time night-shift RN role supports critical care with 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and 18 on-call hours per 6-week schedule.

A collaborative team environment includes physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications include a nursing degree, active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Candidate must have at least 6 months of nursing experience. This position is not for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
