Job summary

Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on night shifts. This full-time role offers 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with an 18-month commitment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ICU experience, Arkansas RN license, and current BLS/ACLS. You will evaluate patients, support physicians, administer meds, and educate families while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Performs medications administration within RN scope and safety protocols.
• Promotes patient independence by teaching patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Contributes to a collaborative team and supports daily unit operations.
