AdventHealth Minneola is seeking an experienced ICU RN for PRN night shifts to support a high-acuity unit. You will deliver critical care, participate in rounds, and contribute to rapid clinical decision-making in a collaborative setting.

The role requires an RN with an Associate's degree and active BLS/ACLS certification, with ICU familiarity and strong teamwork skills. This position supports professional growth and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an associate degree required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; critical care exposure preferred.
• Experience in acute care or ICU settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
